The EU Barcelona Campus is Expanding

MBA Blog / 3rd October 2017

EU is adding a new location to their Barcelona campus! The new building they have taken on will provide students, faculty and staff with better services. These will include more classrooms, offices, study spaces and lounge areas.

The building was chosen under the advisement of international real estate advisor Savills. Marie Laure Fenet, head of office agency, Savills Barcelona, comments: “The Diagonal building is a significant addition to EU’s current campus in the city. The surrounding area offers plenty of parks, gardens, cafés and restaurants for students and staff to enjoy.”

A Prime Position

Located at Diagonal 648, the building is in a prime position on one of Barcelona’s most important avenues. It’s also just across the road from the trendy L’Illa shopping center. According to Carl Craen, vice president and managing director at EU Business School: “This is an exciting time for EU. This new campus provides state of the art, high-tech facilities for our ever-expanding student body, creating the perfect environment to maintain and build upon our innovative brand of education.”

On the Inside

Inside the new campus building are spectacular views and a contemporary interior. With large windows ensuring an abundance of natural light, the view stretches out to both the Mediterranean Sea and the Collserola mountain range. The Diagonal building is a considerable addition to EU’s Ganduxer Barcelona campus, offering space totalling 3,200m2 over nine floors with 29 parking spaces distributed below ground.
