The China Management Case Competition, co-sponsored by the China National MBA Education Supervisory Committee, the China Management Case-sharing Center, the China Management Case Center Alliance and the Management Case Study Committee of the Chinese Society for Management Modernization, aims to improve the analytical, decision-making and professional skills of MBA students through discussions on social and economic hot-topic issues and through the simulation of real-world business competition, serving to further promote development of the country’s management case teaching and research efforts.

The Tongji MBA program, launched in 1993, has been accredited by the three largest and most influential international business school accreditation associations, AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA, as well as by the Chinese CAMEA accreditation authority. The institution, which emphasizes globalization, an application-oriented approach and sustainable development in its program, has taken its acclaimed engineering program as a model to create a program that leverages the school’s strengths in multi-disciplinary integration and social services, resulting in eight major course modules, with a focus in three key courses: project management and real estate, services and operations management, and finance. The Tongji MBA program maintains ongoing communications and partnerships with more than 50 renowned business schools worldwide, spanning 26 countries and regions, including the USA, Germany, Canada, the UK, France and Spain, sending and receiving hundreds of students as part of exchange programs each year. Between 2012 and 2014, Tongji MBA was listed as one of the “Top Ten Most Valued Part-time MBA Programs” in the Forbes Best Business School Ranking. Since 2011, the Tongji MBA Program has been awarded “The Most Influential MBA Institution” by leading Chinese online media firm Sina for five consecutive years.
