Duration

As an MBA student you have the power to choose between completing the programme in 15, 18 or 21 months, with the chance to enrich your studies on international exchange at one of our partner schools or by joining a Global Business Experience.

During the summer months, you may choose to apply to one of three internship options – a traditional internship, the Summer Consulting Programme, or the Entrepreneurship Summer School.

Entry Requirements

What you need to apply:  

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of two years’ work experience. Students without prior work experience can be considered for admission to the MBA Programme depending on their ability to demonstrate exceptional academic credentials with outstanding performance, but should consider our Masters in Management programme.
  • The ability to work in multicultural teams and an international outlook.
  • A valid visa (if you are not from of the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland). Applying for a UK visa to study at London Business School is a straightforward process. For more information please visit visa requirements.

  What we need from you:  

  • A completed online application form (which can be saved and completed over time) with your application essays.
  • A one-page CV/resume, giving reasons for significant gaps in employment history on a separate sheet.
  • Names and details of two referees; download further information on references for applicants and referees (PDF document, 29.90kb)
  • Your official test taker copy of your GMAT score. Our GMAT code number for the full-time MBA is Z11-J7-50. You must ensure that your GMAT score is valid upon submitting your application.

Delivery Format

The programme begins in early August each year with an Orientation period and Leadership Launch module running throughout September. This is followed by three study periods:

  • Autumn Term (September to December)
  • Spring Term (January to March)
  • Summer Term (April to July)

Exams take place throughout your first year, and usually over weekends. While core courses usually run Monday – Thursday, you will spend Fridays in a variety of classes, tutorials and personal and professional development sessions.

Programme Cost

Tuition fees for the MBA starting in August 2016 will be confirmed in early 2016. The fees for the class starting in 2015 were £67,750. Fees include all tuition and required course reading materials.
