Programme Profile

Over the course of the year, we will develop your management skills and enhance your ability to lead and inspire. As a full-time MBA student, you will become part of a diverse community of business professionals who learn collaboratively and share work experiences and diverse international perspectives to enrich the learning experience.

Duration

The Aston full-time MBA is an intensive 12-month programme.

Entry Requirements

For direct enrolment onto the Aston MBA programme, you will need one of the following:

• A good UK honours degree, or
• An equivalent overseas degree recognised by Aston University, or
• A degree-level professional qualification.

Plus

• At least three years’ relevant post-graduation work experience by the time you start your programme
• An official academic transcript of your grades (in English)
• Two references – preferably one from an academic referee, the other from your current or previous employer. Two professional references may be accepted from applicants with substantial work experience.

Applicants with extensive work experience

We accept applications from candidates with extensive work experience who have not completed a graduate qualification. You will initially be enrolled as a Certificate student and attend all the same classes as MBA students. Provided you pass your first six modules, you will transfer to the MBA at no additional cost.

Delivery Format

Students attend a series of on-campus lectures, seminars and workshops. Students also visit and study at a top European business school for one week, which is included in the tuition fee. Most recently, students have visited Bordeaux, Nantes, Nice, Paris, Barcelona and Leuven.

Programme Cost

• Students from EU countries (including the UK): £25,550
• Students from non-EU countries: £25,550

  Fees can be paid in full at the beginning of the programme, or in three termly instalments of 50% (term 1), 25% (term 2), and 25% (term 3).
