Organizations making the list will be honored at a celebratory luncheon on December 2nd where the final rankings will be unveiled.

“I’m thrilled to see Rocketrip recognized as one of New York’s best places to work,” said Rocketrip’s Founder and CEO, Dan Ruch. “Assembling the right team has been our top priority, as well as the biggest factor behind our growth. I truly believe that New York is the best city in the world for businesses, in no small part because of the talent pool available here. At Rocketrip, we’d like to be known as the place people go to do challenging work and build an outstanding career.”

Companies from across all five boroughs participated in the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in New York City. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated organization’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part involved an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
