Roundtable Global Launches Call to Action for Fearless Leadership

Career Climbers / 30th June 2016

In a response to the widespread concern following the decision for Britain to leave the EU, experts in redefining corporate cultures and global communities, RoundTable Global, have launched a call to action for fearless leadership. The company, who have already designed a leadership programme in response, believe that for Britain to thrive and flourish going forward, we need to develop a leadership mindset that is authentic and solution driven; not fearful and blame driven in the wave of the change that is coming.

Tiffany Kelly, co-founder, Roundtable Global explains:

“The result of the EU referendum has created global shock and national divide with fear, blame and finger pointing happening consistently across the media. No one seems to know what will happen next and everyone is speculating on the potential consequences. In the wake of this decision we need to focus on what has caused such a divide and the need to consider leaving the EU in the first place, rather than demonstrating leadership that is reactive and fear driven.”

Founders of RoundTable Global believe that by launching a call to action Britain can develop leaders that are fearless, creative and focused on innovative solutions for harnessing the opportunities that arrive with change. They believe that there is a need to create cultures and communities empowered to courageously collaborate and inclusively step into change rather than the current environment of division, resentment and fear mongering.

Working with global leaders in Asia, MENA, Europe and America, this call to action will include bringing a cross section of leaders to work on solutions for change in London next month, and the launch of a global Fearless Leadership Programme this week to develop a new kind of leadership.
